It started with a deep desire for more. More intention. More meaning. More flexibility to build a life that felt good - not just busy and "well branded".
What began as a design studio quickly evolved into something richer: a creative space where brand clarity, storytelling, and visual artistry come together.
From my own journey of shifting gears (again and again - insert the classic Ross "PIVOT" scene here), I’ve learned that sustainable, aligned growth isn't about doing more, it's about doing what matters on purpose.
That belief now lives in everything I create: Whether I'm helping a business owner streamline their offers, or drawing the kind of pattern you'd want on your favorite coffee mug.
I live in an RV in the woods, homeschool my kid, drink too much decaf, and love helping others design rhythms, brands, and businesses that reflect who they really are.
Seed + Sol Co. is the natural expression of all of that: a studio where strategy supports freedom, beauty blends with function, and your work feels like it fits your life.

Yes, the glasses are a personality trait. Same tortoise-shell frames for years. Backup pair included. They're basically part of the brand.
Former barista, drinks decaf. Hormones healed, cravings intact. Still here for the ritual and the taste (yes, even without the buzz).
I believe in plant therapy. Grounding barefoot, grabbing a just-because bouquet, or filling every corner with house plants.
Currently living tiny + dreaming big! From RV life to future homestead—making space for intention, nature, and what matters most.
