The work you’ll see here goes beyond visual design. Each project begins with strategic alignment - clarifying positioning, refining direction, and building visual systems that support real business growth. Whether launching something new or evolving an established brand, my role is to help translate vision into something beautiful, clear, cohesive, and sustainable.
While many projects shown here represent deeper collaborative intensives, I also work with emerging businesses and solopreneurs through smaller focused containers - bringing thoughtful design to brands at every stage of growth.
Some collaborations begin with a single focused step, while others naturally unfold across multiple phases. Together, they reflect brands shaped with intention - and partnerships built on trust.
Here’s a look at some of the brands I’ve helped bring to life.
Forward Conscious came to me in the early stages of launching a private psychology practice after transitioning from a VA career. She had a clear vision for the heart of her work but needed cohesive strategy, professional positioning, and a visual identity that could communicate both credibility and warmth.
Together, we developed a complete brand system including color choices, logo suite, typography, and a calming yet grounded visual direction. I designed and built her custom website from the ground up - supporting messaging structure and copy, sourcing imagery, and creating hand-illustrated graphics to bring a human, approachable feel to the clinical space. Supporting collateral such as letterhead, email signature graphic, and business cards ensured consistency across every client touchpoint.
The result is a brand and digital presence that feels professional, trustworthy, and deeply aligned with her mission - helping her confidently step into independent practice with clarity and cohesion.
Completed across two consecutive signature intensives.
"Working with Alexis was a game-changer for my business. I came in nervous and unsure how to communicate my vision, but her focused, intensive process helped me clarify my brand and feel empowered to ask for what I needed! I left with a brand and website I’m proud of, confidence in my direction, and the peace of mind knowing Alexis truly has my back. Worth every penny!"

Grand Mason Goods approached me looking to evolve their brand into something that felt deeply aligned with their handmade, PNW-inspired aesthetic — organic, minimalist, and rooted in storytelling. The goal was to create a cohesive visual identity that reflected the warmth and intentionality behind their custom signage and artisan products, while giving them a scalable design system for both physical goods and digital spaces.
Together, we developed a robust brand identity built around organic, hygge-inspired visual language. The project extended beyond traditional branding into a flexible illustration suite designed for real-world applications — including custom patterns, merchandise concepts, and product-ready graphics. Elements such as seamless patterns, apparel designs, and adaptable illustration assets allowed the brand to move fluidly across packaging, signage, and products while maintaining a sense of cohesion.
The result is a distinctive, story-driven brand that feels handcrafted yet elevated — supporting Grand Mason Goods’ vision of creating meaningful, timeless pieces that feel personal, intentional, and uniquely rooted in the Pacific Northwest.
Completed as a signature intensive.
Pelvic Foundations approached me while transitioning out of an established practice to launch her own virtual pelvic floor therapy business — needing a brand that felt confident, supportive, and energizing while maintaining clinical credibility. The goal was to create a vibrant, high-energy visual identity and aligned messaging that reflected her mission of empowering postpartum mothers through holistic, research-backed care.
Together, we developed a bold yet welcoming brand system designed to communicate strength, warmth, and trust. Through a brand intensive followed by a website intensive, I created a cohesive visual identity, clarified messaging and website structure, and built a custom website experience alongside a full suite of marketing tools to support her launch and ongoing growth. This included social media templates and a reusable 30-day content framework, allowing her to show up consistently without overwhelm.
The result is a modern, empowering brand presence that helps Pelvic Foundations stand confidently in the online healthcare space — combining professional authority with genuine warmth and approachability.
Completed across two signature design intensives.
"Alexis went above and beyond in every way! She took the time to truly understand me and my business, making sure my brand felt cohesive and professional from day one. The finishing touches—like loading everything into Canva—saved me so much time. If you want someone who’s deeply invested in your success and can bring your entire brand to life, Alexis is your girl!"

Whitney is a birth photographer whose work centers on presence, trust, and deeply personal connection. She came to me wanting a brand that reflected the intimacy of her client experience - something gentle, warm, and emotionally grounded while still feeling professional and cohesive.
Through two focused containers (for brand development followed by a robust one-page website build) we created a visual identity and digital presence designed to mirror the care she brings to every client interaction. The goal was to translate her natural warmth and hands-on approach into a brand experience that feels safe, supportive, and inviting from the very first touchpoint.
The result is a soft, intentional brand that allows her work and personality to lead... creating a welcoming space where families feel understood, supported, and seen.
Completed through consecutive petite intensives.
Frankie is a community-centered creative whose work blends food, storytelling, and local collaboration — sharing recipes, supporting small artisans, and inviting her audience into a more joyful, approachable relationship with cooking at home. Rather than positioning her solely as a food influencer, our work focused on developing a visual brand that reflected her deeper purpose: connection, accessibility, and celebrating the people and stories behind the food.
Together, we created a cohesive visual identity rooted in warmth and storytelling, including custom illustration elements, brand visuals, and a flexible social media design system. The goal was to support her natural strength as a content creator while giving her visual tools that felt elevated, recognizable, and aligned with her evolving direction.
As her brand continues to grow, this foundation is now guiding an upcoming evolution into expanded offerings that blend her love of food with consulting and strategic support for small businesses — creating a brand that reflects both her creative voice and her broader impact within her community.
Developed through a signature intensive and ongoing creative collaborations.
